How to define BRA SIZES - the idiot's guide

...

Yo! Have you ever wondered why bras are lettered A,B,C,D,DD,E,F,G,H and how the letters are actually used to define bra sizes?

I know that most of guys out there already know about this. But I do believe that some are still clueless. Me, of course not an expert in this too. I'm just sharing some info that I know with you. I'm pretty sure that these pictures can help you a lot.

With some observation and time, you gonna master this in a short period of time. More information can be found here and here, or you can just Google it.

It seems like you already made it till the end. Now here's a question to test you.

Alternatives to coffee (caffeine)

Yo! Do you still remember my entry about caffeine. If you don't, you can find it here. To be fair, here I want to share with you some safe and effective alternatives to caffeine.

Plain water
Do I need to explain again about this?
Here. Here. Here. Here.

Fruits and Nuts
These are high in boron, a tracemineral that helps to improve mental alertness. Boron increases electrical activity in the brain and helps combat drowsiness. Boron is found in apples, pears, peaches and grapes. Also found in nuts and leafy vegetables.

Pure vegetable juice
Vegetables juices are like a blood transfusion. They are quickly absorbed so the nutrition is in your bloodstream within 15 minutes of consumption, without the time consuming and energy depleting process of digestion.

Garlic
Garlic is the natural mood elevator. Research shows it reduces fatigue, anxiety, sensitivity, agitation and irritability.

Chilli peppers
It contains capsaicin that induces in the brain a rush of endorphins (the body's feel-good-hormone) that give you a temporary high.

Exercise
This is a great way to become energetic. It gives you big boots of energy, rev you up and makes you feel good. People who exercise regularly do not need artificial stimulants because they are in touch with the stimulation of life itself.

Good Luck !

ABC of Friendship

Nobody can live alone in this world. No matter how big our ego is, there is always a time when we need other's help. And most of the time, we will refer to our friends. But, how do you define your friends? Or you just accept them as who they are? Come on, at least there must be some criteria that you look for in order to approve them as friend.

Me?

I do have some friends and someone that I know.

Accepts you as you are.

Believes in you.

Calls you just to say "hi."

Doesn't give up on you.

Envisions the whole of you (even the unfinished parts).

Forgives your mistakes.

Gives unconditionally.

Helps you.

Invites you over.

Just likes being with you.

Keeps you close at heart.

Loves you for who you are.

Makes a difference in your life.

Never judges you.

Offers support.

Picks you up.

Quiets your fears.

Raises your spirits.

Says nice things about you.

Tells you the truth when you need to hear it.

Understands you.

Values you.

Walks beside you.

X -plains things you don't understand.

Yells when you won't listen.

Zaps you back to reality.

Fashion - Colour Value [Part 5]

Color value (also called Saturation, Intensity and Chroma)

VALUE is the degree of lightness or darkness in a color. It is the quality by which a pale or light color is distinguished from a deep or dark one. Values can be expressed by shades, tints and tones.

Hue:
The pure color (for example red)

Tone:
Hue + small amount of gray or opposite color (will mute of tone down the color)

Tint:
Hue + White (will lighten the color)

Complement tint:
Tint + small amount of grey or opposite colour (will mute or tone down the tint)

Shade:
Hue + black (will darken the color)

Dark and dull colors recedes thus making you look thinner and smaller.

Light and bright colors project, which tend to bulk you up and make you look larger.

If you are trying to look slim, save the bright colors for accents. With a gray or navy suit a red or yellow tie will draw favorable attention to your face.

Dark colors are more formal than light. Bright colors in large amounts become tiresome to the eye.

Want to emphasize your shoulders and de-emphasize your hips? Wear a lighter colored sports jacket with dark trousers. (You can also apply this principle to a polo shirt and trousers.)

Color contrast:
Another rule says one of three elements should be light, the other 2 dark.

Try one light element with 2 dark, or one dark with 2 light. For example, a charcoal suit (dark), white shirt (light), and red tie (dark), or tan suit (light) with yellow shirt (light) and green tie (dark). Or Khaki pants and dark blue shirt. Even on Regis the tie and shirt look best when they contrast. And unless you are a cast member of the Sopranos, the tie should be darker than a shirt!

The traditional strong contrast of a navy suit and white shirt works well with every skin and eye color. Just like the great look of a classic black and white in formal wear.

The most CLUELESS creature in the world [Final]

...

This is the continuation from the previous entry. As you can see, there're some feedback from the previous entry that deny and agree with the issue. What about in this entry? Any opinion?
(I personally think that mistake no.4 and no.6 is the most severe one)

Mistake 4: "My ex used to do it different."
Your new honey does NOT
want to be compared to your ex. Do not remind her that you ever had
sexual & romantic feelings for someone else. You might end up making
her jealous. The exception is when you are making a comparison
extremely favorable to your new girlfriend. However, you have to be
careful - bringing up past lovers too often for no reason will make
her think that your ex is still on your mind.

Mistake 5: "Maybe I should go without you."
If you're going somewhere, and your significant other wants to come, just let her!
You know that she might not enjoy herself, but denying her will make
her suspicious. Besides, isn't it fun spending quality time together?

Mistake 6: "That fart you made was killer!"
If you're both really close and comfortable with each other, this might be okay. However,
when she lets one slip by accident and starts blushing, DO NOT laugh
at her. It's an extremely embarassing situation and she doesn't need
you to notice that she has "odors."

Mistake 7: "Why do you always want to talk?"
I'll tell you the answer now so that you never ask her this. The reason females always
want to talk, is because that's what they're good at doing. They've
been doing it for years and that's what they're used to. Your
silence can mean a lot of different things to a woman, some bad - so
open up and let her know what's really on your mind. If you don't
want to talk, say that you don't want to talk right now, but would
be happy to in 1/2 hour. Anything else will make you look like an
insensitive jerk.

So ladies (man also can), what's your opinion? Or you just...

The most CLUELESS creature in the world [Part 1]

...

Yo! Someone in a forum that I follow share this info. I got this before in my inbox by those email-forwarding people, but had deleted it. Thanks to that forumer for sharing this, as it really makes me think, how true is it?

I never ask about this to my girl friends, to confirm whether they really feel that way. So maybe if there is any female reader here could share their thought about this, so that the male reader can confirm it (although logically, it is TRUE).

I'll post it in parts, so that this entry will not be too long. Its about guy's mistakes that make woman really mad.

Mistake 1:"Your best friend is hot."
She'll end up feeling
threatened that you're attracted to someone so close to her. It
cause tension anytime the three of you get together. If you think
her friend, sister, cousin, etc. is a knock-out - just keep it to
yourself.

Mistake 2: "Maybe you should go on a diet."
Women are insecure
enough about their bodies as it is. Seeing models and actresses on
TV and in magazines makes many women feel like they're not good
enough. You should never let her know that you notice her flaws,
because she's probably already obsessing over them.

Mistake 3:"I don't ever want to get married."
Most women are
interested in long-term relationships. Plus, they love weddings.
Telling her that you NEVER want to get married will definitely cause
conflict in your relationship. Saying this to a woman may end your
relationship or lead to a psycho possessive girlfriend.

Check out for more later.

My SEXY picture

...

Yo! Sorry for disappointing you. But the picture is still sexy right? You just can't see it in detail. Ok, let me explain what's with the picture. When you see the picture for the first time, did you see it SPINNING clockwise or anticlockwise?

If you see...

CLOCKWISE = you use your RIGHT part of your brain the most

ANTICLOCKWISE = you use your LEFT part of your brain the most

NOT SPINNING = go get your EYES CHECKED

So, what does it MEAN ?

Other info :

Left hemisphere functions
analytical, verbal, logical, numerical computation(exact calculation, numerical comparison, estimation)
left hemisphere only: direct fact retrieval,
language: grammar/vocabulary, literal

Right hemisphere functions
holistic, prosodic, intuitive, numerical computation (approximate calculation, numerical comparison, estimation),
language: intonation/accentuation, prosody, pragmatic, contextual

Me?
I see it spinning anticlockwise. But I'm a lefthanded person. So, maybe there's something wrong with my brain? But with some practice, you can see it spinning in other direction too. Share your result in the comment area. Good luck!

WATER - Haven't YOU realize it yet ?

...

Yo! Here is another cool fact YOU should know about WATER. It is in presentation form, not video. So you must click at the next button in order to see the next info. This presentation had been voted as the best presentation in the World's Best Presentation Contest. I personally like the way the author present this fact. It's simple, creative, brilliant and of course very informative and educational presentation. No wonder those voters love it. I like the phrase "It's time to give water a second thought" at slide number 60.Check out for more cool presentations there. But before you go, check out this presentation about water first. Seems like facts about WATER have become one of my primary entry.

The COST of a pair of SHOES

Two brothers pooled their money and bought a pair of shoes. The elder brother, however, wore the shoes most of the time. Aware that he had paid an equal share of the cost, the younger brother would put on the shoes and take a walk every night when his brother went to bed.

When the shoe wore out, the elder brother suggested : "Let's buy a new pair." But the younger brother replied:"If we do, I'll be sure to lose a lot of sleep."

Fashion - the Colour Wheel (Part 4)

...

Do you know that failure to choose and to mix the right colour will make you look awkward, in some extent, can make you look like a clown? Don't worry, here I'll share with you some basic knowledge about colours, based on colour wheel below.

Complementary colors
Are those directly opposite one other in the color specturm or wheel. That's why hunter green pants look great with a burgundy sweater. Blue is opposite of orange so gold, rust, and brown are complementary shades of blue.

Analogous colors
Colors which are next to each other on the color wheel, go well togather, such as blue pants, a blue-green shirt and a forest green jacket.

Warm and Cool
Select 2 warm colors with 1 cool or 2 cool with 1 warm to create dynamic harmony. Examples : navy suit, light blue shirt and red tie, or a yellow shirt, rust jacket and blue jeans.

Monochromatic
Can be all one color, or different shades, tones or tints of 1 color.

Natural
Dress in shades of white, black, gray or beige. Khaki pants, white shirt and a grey sweater are all naturals. It may not be a dymnamic look, but it is sophisticated.

Seasonal colors
Some colors are more appropiate at certain times of year than others. Like the pastels of yellow, are usually associated with summer, while autumn colors are rust, browm, green and burgundy. Wearing rust in summer, or light yellow in the fall look out of place.

Water - another fact

Yeah, another post about water. This shows how important water is in our life. Appreciate it. Don't waste it. Use it wisely. Stop water pollution.

  • Lack of water is the main trigger of day time fatigue.
  • Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
  • Taking just 16 ounces of water can stop an allergic reaction, a sinus headache and an asthma attack.
  • A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math and difficulty focussing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
  • 8-10 glasses of water is recommended.
  • Drinking too much water (up to 2 gallons a day) washes away your body's electrolytes and this can lead to coma and death.

Soybean - another info YOU should know

...

Yo. Still remember about my post about the benefit of soybean? If you don't, you can find it here. Today as I stumble upon someones blog, I find this interesting info about soy bean. It's about the TIME when you should and shouldn't drink soy bean. Using this info, you can get the most from soy bean.

All of us know that soybean drink provides good protein to our body... but many of us don't know that there are certain days we should avoid drinking it.

Soybean drinks are best consumed on hot sunny days when the sun is strong. The soybean's milk will give lots of nutrients to the body as the body is able to absorb the protein well.

However, avoid the drink when the weather is cloudy or raining. Taking the drink in those weather, the body will not be able to take in the protein and will result in a disease called 'GOUT' or 'high acidic urine' due to the high protein residue in the body, after a long run.

This disease will cause pain to your knee joints and it will only be in control when you control your food intake of proteins and medication. The pain is unbearable and usually you will have no idea what you have taken to cause the pain. Food like soy beans, anchovies, broccoli,
spinach, peanuts and especially animal organs ( i.e. pork liver) etc will have to be avoided to prevent the pain from attacking.
